We are delighted to have been selected by Belgium-headquartered group Etex to be a learning partner in the delivery of their Leadership Academy.

An international building materials specialist, inspiring ways of living

Etex is a strong global brand which employs more than 15,000 people across 107 production sites in 42 countries.

iOpener began working with Etex in 2016. The Senior Management team were eager for the business to become more people-focused to better support growth. In particular, they wanted to shift the feedback culture to ensure that it became one of their communication strengths.

Following a series of conversations with colleagues from across the group, we understood the current feedback culture.  This helped create a workshop for delivery at Etex’s Senior Leadership Conference and a highly interactive workshop to increase both confidence and skills when giving or asking for feedback. Introducing a simple guiding tool for all feedback conversations, which withstood intercultural understanding, enabled feedback to become more of an inherent part of daily activities.

Since then, we have continued to work with Etex across several of its companies to strengthen their feedback culture.
